i have complained and complained but daddy cannot provide an acceptable excuse. he said she was working hard at school and didn't even have time to sleep. being busy is all well and good, but one cannot leave the porcine out of the big [pig] picture. i am going to demand that i get an evening audience with my mother. and i will not accept no for an answer. i know i sound a bit sour, but i really miss mommy. maggie and millie get to see her everyday and i think i should be able to as well. i feel it's a legitimate request, and i have canvassed the other residents of this floor and they agree. so, i will await the decision in the next couple of days.
i have to tell you all that the weather has been oppressive. i can't imagine that the temperature was lower than 3 digits. i know pigs are not supposed to sweat, but trust me, i have been schvitzing all day. there have been many visits to the water as we three need to hydrate often. daddy brought out my baby pool and filled it up for us so we can take a dip and/or hydrate in the same place. i love one stop shopping. so efficient!
i ordered a couple of copies of "olivia, dream big" so i could send one to mummy's niece for her debutante ball prezzie and then one to keep in my gifitie closet for emergency gift purposes. it's such a great book...so inspiring for those who need a "pick me up" or a quick smile.
